Fayette Water Company knows paying utility bills is not your favorite thing to do, so we are making it as easy as possible for you to make a payment.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new billing and online payment service offering customers greater flexibility to view and pay their water bills online. For customers who are interested in paying online, you can look forward to:

• Pay your water bill anytime 24/7 via an easy-to-use online portal
• At a glance dashboard to view bills, check balance and choose from a variety of secure online payment methods
• Manage your account and view up to two years of payment history (as they become available)
• Receive email reminders when your bill is ready, when a scheduled payment is pending and confirmation after making a payment
• Make a one-time payment or register to gain access to all features
• Choose when to pay – simply schedule a payment for any future date (before the due date) to pay a fixed amount or the invoice balance on a specific date of the month
• Set and forget it with AutoPay – save time and automatically pay your invoice amount on the due date and avoid late or missed payments
• On the go? Use Pay by Text to get text notifications about your bill and have the option to pay through text message with your default payment method
• Paperless billing will continue to be available
• Pay by Phone (IVR) – check your account balance or make a payment 24/7 via an automated payment line

We will keep you updated as we get closer to the go live date with the new system including a link to the new online payment system as well as the phone number to pay by phone.
